From Planeta Group we are currently looking for an HR Technician  for our division of Planeta Formación y Universidades.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to manage and execute the operational HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, the proper development of selection processes, personnel administration, and support for talent management policies within the organization.

What would your day to day look like?

Support and follow-up for the assigned Business Unit.

Follow-up of the selection and hiring process (onboarding).

Management of the hiring and integration process (onboarding).

Analysis and interpretation of data (KPIs), personnel reports, and other ad hoc reports.

You will be the point of contact for employees: resolving issues and questions.

Management of vacations, permits, absences, and incidents.

Management of hires, terminations, and contractual modifications with the Corporate department.

Support in the detection, organization, and follow-up of training needs.

Support in performance evaluations and development plans.

Requirements

What would we like to see in your CV?

Education: Bachelor's or Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Labor Relations (RRLL), Law, and/or Psychology. A Master's in HR is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years as a generalist.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Advanced English (C1).

Catalan and French are a plus.
