Senior Product Designer

• 5+ years in product design and experience creating a product from scratch.

• Experience designing complex interfaces where several different scenarios or tools are combined in one product.

• Research experience: user interviews, hypothesis testing, competitor analysis - and the ability to implement findings into the product.

• Understanding of product and business metrics: you know how your decisions impacted the result (conversion, retention, etc.).

• Work confidently in Figma and actively use AI tools in your work (Claude Design and similar). It will be a plus if you can personally bring a design to code using AI.

• Readiness to work hands-on: at the start, you are the only designer in the team.

• Strong logical thinking and agency: you know how to explain what and why you are doing, propose your vision, and defend it with arguments.

• Create the design of an EdTech product for AI Filmmakers from scratch.

• Create a strong, aesthetic UI that will make the product stand out among competitors.

• Work end-to-end: from research and thinking through user flows to final layouts for the product.

• Independently find solutions for business tasks - not based on written technical specifications, but based on general references and vision.

• Defend your decisions before stakeholders and take ownership of the result
