• Advanced AI prompting and generation (Midjourney, Krea, Higgsfield, Leonardo) - precise prompts for emotion, composition, shot type, and cinematic lighting from the first iterations. Ability to extract photorealism from modern models (Nano Banana, Seedream, etc.).

• Deep mastery of Adobe Photoshop - masks, collaging, detailed retouching, fixing AI artifacts and anatomy, Face Swap, color correction.

• Title Design and typography - expressive, legible titles and text blocks that harmonize with the background art.

• Understanding of mobile-first composition: emphasis on facial emotion (close-up), contrast, color triggers, focal points for rapid attention capture

• A portfolio of realistic posters or covers. Plus, if your pipeline is visible in your cases, not just the final images.

• It will be an advantage: 3D (Blender, Daz Studio) for building reference scenes and poses for subsequent generation.

• Basic proficiency in Figma - this is our shared file hub

My Muse - an AI-generated romantic stories app with an audience of 1.5+ million users worldwide. The poster is the main preview for every story. In the catalog, the user sees it in a mini-format, on an almost black background, and in a couple of seconds decides: to open it or scroll further. We are scaling up and looking for a person who will create this first contact with the story together with us.

We work in various styles: photorealism, fantasy, anime. The one constant is the materiality of the image: skin, fabric, hair, and surfaces must be well-defined, not melted by generation.

• Create posters that increase story CTR in the catalog: bright, high-contrast, with a centered composition that is legible in a small size on a dark background.

• Bring AI generations to final quality: retouching, fixing anatomy and artifacts, Face Swap, lighting, color correction, upscale. Raw AI images do not go into production.

• Develop Title Design and poster composition so that the title and art are read together

• Maintain character and location consistency based on provided series materials

• Generate several variants and A/B hypotheses for a single poster, discuss them together with the creative and product teams, and make adjustments quickly.
  
  Initial work pace - 3-6 posters per week.
