Function 1: PATIENT CARE
-Handle patient demands or requirements related to the billing, filing, or purchasing area.
Function 2: SERVICE OPERATIONS
-Identify and correct errors detected in the invoices of each of the different insurance companies.
-Verify the data provided by patients for the processing of collections and billing.
-Process all charges generated in a medical provision or service.
FUNCTION 3: DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTS:
-File documentation to support invoices in order to be able to certify the service provided.
-Collect billing from each insurance company to send them to the company itself.
-Cross-check and apply the established agreements regarding billable concepts according to agreements with insurance companies and public organisms.
-Request authorizations from insurance companies for medical services not included in the agreements.
-Organize incoming documentation, billing, and payment receipts, checking and correcting any possible errors.
We offer:
- Full-time temporary contract
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (one hour for lunch), Fridays until 5:00 pm
