Coordinate, maintain, and develop the Corporate Quality and Patient Safety Management System across the hospital network, ensuring its alignment with national and international standards (ISO, EFQM, JCI), guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and promoting continuous improvement in all centers.
What you'll do
- Maintain and update the corporate quality management system in accordance with the Manager's guidelines.
- Support the homogenization of procedures, methodologies, and standards across the network's centers in Spain.
- Coordinate and provide support to local quality managers, facilitating the execution of actions and alignment with corporate criteria.
- Perform operational monitoring of regulatory compliance and applicable standards, escalating relevant deviations or incidents to the Manager.
- Coordinate the documentary and operational preparation for internal and external audits.
- Provide support for ISO certification processes, collaborating in planning, evidence collection, and audit logistics.
- Perform periodic self-assessments to verify the degree of compliance with the quality system requirements.
- Support the coordination of initiatives related to EFQM assessments, ensuring the participation of the involved areas.
- Collaborate in the monitoring of Joint Commission International standards, supporting evidence collection and the coordination of action plans.
- Participate in the definition, maintenance, and update of the corporate quality dashboard.
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from the various hospitals, guaranteeing integrity and reliability.
- Prepare operational reports and provide support in the preparation of reports for Management, following corporate formats and established reporting cycles.
- Identify trends and deviations in indicators, proposing initial measures or areas for improvement for assessment.
- Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Coordinate the monitoring of improvement plans derived from internal and external audits.
- Drive activities that reinforce the patient safety culture, in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor adverse events, collaborate in root cause analysis, and ensure the correct documentation and closure of actions.
