Typically 8-10+ years' experience in the workforce after college graduation
Typically 4+ years of experience in various supply chain functions; understanding of E2E supply chain
8+ years of medium scale/cross-functional project management experience
Working knowledge of E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.
Advanced data analysis skills and high excel acumen
Self-starter with strong time management skills and adaptability
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; logical solution provider.
Working knowledge of and ability to manage complex modelling and financial analysis.
Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.
Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
Mentoring and coaching skills
Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools with intermediate to advance Excel skills
Proficient in foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts
Nice to have
PMI PMP or PMI-ACP certified, LSS Green Belt certified, or equivalent
Strong desire to understand and improve processes
Proven experience applying Agile practices and driving end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including process redesign, system implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and organizational change management employing methodologies such as ADKAR, preferred.
Demonstrates a quality-first, metrics-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and data insights to continuously improve processes, performance, and business outcomes.
Demonstrated experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs and SAP
Hands on experience developing/creating reports using Power BI or pivot charts/slicers in Excel
Excellent communicator for creating visual, succinct PowerPoint presentations to executive audiences
Working knowledge of SAP materials management and Factory processes (e.g. service orders, material master, BOMs, SKU/CTO, EDI signals, cost, document management)
Demonstrates foundational knowledge of AI principles, including generative AI concepts, data-driven insights, and responsible AI usage; prior exposure or training preferred.
Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively resolve complex business challenges.
Hands-on experience working with the following Microsoft software:
Dynamics 365
Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
SharePoint workflows, InfoPath
Financial acumen (P&L, revenue, cost, gross margin) and ability to creates data-driven strategies

Engineering Project/Program Manager
Our team defines the strategic direction of the SCFS org and leads projects to achieve our vision of significant growth. Our goal is to grow Factory Configuration Services business by supporting the expansion of factory capabilities and services into new markets through all routes to market. Automation and connecting siloed systems (integrations) is key to this success, by reducing the number of "touches" needed by a human to complete the tasks.
We need skilled engineering program managers with process improvement experience, to bring this vision to life.
What you'll do
Solve problems!
Use data analytics skills to identify operational problems, and launch projects to improve processes
Lead technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teams to expand our factory capabilities footprint to serve global customers with a standardized global design.
Be the SC focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI)
Design/Develop/Improve new or existing Supply Chain Services Processes
Enhance the customer experience through state of the art, intuitive tools.
Enhance employees productivity and reduce manual work (e.g. data entry) through automation of processes and connecting siloed systems/data/processes.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, scope, timeline, etc
Execute on strategy to deliver new SC processes/capabilities
People change management for successful adoption of new or changed processes
Effective communication to sponsors and stakeholders on status
Keep project/program aligned with other strategic initiatives
