Main Responsibilities
• Validate and manage leave requests, verifying their compliance with internal regulations and current labor agreements.
• Manage and update schedules, work groups, and meal centers in corporate systems, ensuring correct assignment.
• Manage new hires regarding attendance control, assigning them to work groups.
• Maintain the reliability of attendance records across multiple systems.
