Our goal is to always be the best option for travel for our customers, ensuring they feel that our top priorities are their safety and the quality and experience of their journey. In addition to the airline, we have aircraft maintenance as a complementary business.

At Iberia, we value that our professionals serve as role models in their behavior towards customers, but also within the team. We expect all new hires to exemplify these values.

Your Role at Iberia:

As a PMO, your mission is to drive the engine MRO workshop visit process to maximize customer satisfaction while simultaneously ensuring TAT and EBIT requirements.

Your Challenges:

Contractual TAT, OTD, and customer satisfaction

. Drive the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) workshop visit process for engines, from contract signing and induction through to final billing, while meeting customer expectations regarding quality, TAT, and cost.
. Interact, communicate, and report daily to customers. Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by timely transferring customer requirements to the workshop and providing corresponding feedback to the customer.
. Integrate the simultaneous achievement of KPI objectives for individual customer engine MRO processes with the overall business objectives of the engine workshop.

EBIT Maximization

. Decide on workshop visit milestones in close collaboration with Planning and Control to maximize customer satisfaction and the workshop's EBIT.
. Control margin maximization by taking appropriate measures and decisions regarding compliance with contractual requirements and maintaining material flow (changes, repair times, etc.) to minimize TAT.

Your Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree (mandatory), preferably in Aerospace Engineering.
  • Preferably, an MBA or postgraduate degree in Administration/Finance.
  • Proficiency in English

Experience:

• Preferably, experience in the MRO business, directly or indirectly involved in internal MRO workshop operations.
• Some customer service experience will be considered an advantage. • Preferably, experience in program or project management and/or international and multicultural work experience.
• A recent and proven track record of defending program delivery within tight deadlines, where successful implementation has generated significant benefits for the customer or improvements in costs and productivity.
