The role

iCliGo is an innovative platform connecting travelers with independent and highly qualified travel consultants. Founded in 2014, our Portuguese multinational has grown into a technology-driven company, committed to delivering seamless travel experiences while embracing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a proactive QA Automation Analyst with a strong frontend/end-to-end focus to join our growing team. In this role, you will turn requirements into reliable, maintainable automated tests for our web applications - building and scaling our E2E suite while keeping flakiness under control. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to catch issues early and deliver a flawless travel experience to our customers.

What you'll do

  • Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria and translate them into automated end-to-end test scenarios;

  • Design, implement, and maintain frontend/E2E automation using Playwright with TypeScript;

  • Apply BDD practices (Cucumber/Gherkin) to keep scenarios readable and aligned with business intent;

  • Build robust, maintainable test suites with a strong focus on preventing flakiness and ensuring reliable results;

  • Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines;

  • Perform cross-browser and responsive testing, complemented by exploratory testing for uncovered areas;

  • Identify, document, and track bugs; collaborate with developers to resolve them;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA frameworks, tooling, and automation standards.
