• Preferably a university degree in Chemical Engineering or a Chemistry degree, minimum high school diploma.

• At least 1 year of experience in operational roles in industrial environments.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and remain in continuous movement during the working day.

• Good ability to follow technical procedures and record data accurately.

• Teamwork, clear communication, and a responsible attitude.

• Proactive approach and ability to act when incidents occur.

• Availability to work rotating shifts.

• Previous experience in chemical plants or environments with control panels and process operation.

• Perform production operations both indoors and outdoors, ensuring the correct functioning of the process.

• Supervise control panels and operating parameters, detecting deviations and acting according to procedures.

• Execute physical tasks specific to the position: loading and unloading raw materials, moving drums, connecting hoses, opening valves, etc. (Max. 25kg)

• Perform sampling, measurements, and basic quality controls during the production process.

• Carry out auxiliary operations such as equipment cleaning, keeping work areas orderly, and basic preventive maintenance.

• Control and perform small packaging tasks at certain stages of the process.

• Record data in process sheets, instructions, and digital production systems.

• Ensure a clear and precise shift handover, communicating the status of the process and any relevant incidents.

• Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, including the proper use of PPE.

• Detect, communicate, and help correct anomalies in equipment, operating conditions, or safety.

• Contribute proactively to a safe, efficient, and orderly work environment.
