The main duties are:
- Responsible for the preventive management of the Delegation.
- Preparation of the preventive documentation specific to each service: risk assessments, proposals for prevention measures through preventive planning, control of worker documentation, etc.
- Liaising with operations for the monitoring and updating of the services' preventive planning.
- Attendance at the Health and Safety Committee/s belonging to their scope of action, as an advisory body.
- Carrying out information and training activities regarding health and safety.
- Carrying out periodic controls (inspections and preventive observations) in order to check working conditions and worker activity, as well as the proposal of preventive measures.
- Management of the coordination of business activities with the clients where services are provided.
- Liaising with External Prevention Services for the management of Health Surveillance.
- Participation, together with management, in the investigation of accidents and incidents.
- Participation and liaison during the performance of certification audits, internal and/or external.
