Monitoring and supervision of handling and ground assistance operations using the tools and systems available at the airport.
Collection and recording of operational data associated with the different phases of aircraft turnaround and the services provided by Ground Assistance Agents (AAT).
Monitoring of operations through camera viewing and consultation of Aena's applications and information systems.

Control and monitoring of compliance with handling service quality indicators and levels, including the indicators established by Aena and DORA.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools for the recording, organization, and processing of information.
