You will become a key piece when helping to overcome the barriers or difficulties of workers with disabilities in the process of joining their job, as well as their permanence and progression within it. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist workers in their incorporation into work, in the assignment and learning of tasks.
• Establishing the precise relationships with the worker's family and social environment.
• Favoring and promoting the autonomy and independence of the workers, mainly in the development of their tasks.
• Detecting, intervening, and communicating possible processes of evolutionary deterioration of the workers in order to avoid and/or mitigate their effects.
• Facilitating to the workers all the necessary information regarding the obtaining of aid and benefits that the legislation provides.
