Operational Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the attendance of your team members and manage their schedules. Coordinate staff replacements for absences or vacations. Organize the team's work, both in daily routine activities and in response to incidents and deficiencies that may arise. Assign tasks to operators based on their skills and the difficulty of the job, meeting the established productivity, quality, and safety standards. Supervise the execution of operational plans. Organize daily meetings with your team to determine the actions to be taken for the effective development of the shift
What we offer:
- Stable contract/ 1-year employment promotion
- Work from Monday to Friday.
- Rotating shifts: Morning, Afternoon.
Morning: 07:35 to 15:05 Afternoon: 15:05 to 22:35
- Salary 19,000€ gross/year + Night Shift Allowance (if applicable)

Requirements:
- Essential: Disability Certificate of 33% or more

Funciones:
- Controlar la asistencia de las personas de su grupo y gestionar sus cuadrantes. Coordinar las substituciones del personal, por ausencias o vacaciones. Organizar el trabajo del equipo signado, tanto en la actividad diaria normal, como ante incidencias y deficiencias que pudieran suscitarse. Asignar los trabajos a los operarios, según su capacidad y dificultad del puesto, cumpliendo el estándar de productividad, calidad y seguridad establecidos. Supervisar que los planes de operación se ejecuten. Organizar junto con su equipo reuniones diarias para determinar las acciones a tomar para el efectivo desarrollo del turno
Se ofrece:
- Contrato estable/ 1 año fomento de empleo
- Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes.
- Turnos rotativos de Mañana, Tarde.
Mañana: 07:35 a 15:05 Tarde: 15:05 a 22:35
- Salario 19.000€ brutos/año + Plus Nocturnidad (si corresponde)
- 25 días laborales de vacaciones
