Job mission:

Provide administrative and operational support to the export sales area, ensuring efficient management of international orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing, and offering agile and professional service to customers, distributors, and the sales team.

What you'll do

Functions:

- Manage and follow up on export orders: receipt, system entry, confirmation, modifications, and control until delivery.

- Maintain fluid communication with international customers and distributors regarding orders, availability, delivery times, and incidents.

- Prepare and review necessary commercial and export documentation: invoices, proformas, packing lists, certificates, and other documentation associated with shipments.

- Coordinate shipments with the logistics, warehouse, and production departments, as well as transport operators.

- Follow up on deliveries and administratively manage possible incidents, returns, or claims.

- Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers and the international sales team in the follow-up of customers and opportunities.

- Keep master data for customers, rates, commercial conditions, and documentation updated in the ERP/CRM.

- Collaborate with Administration and Finance in the follow-up of invoicing, collections, and possible commercial discrepancies.

- Prepare reports on orders, sales, service, and other metrics to support the Export area.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and international customer service.
