As a leading company in the field of Cybersecurity, we want to strengthen our team by adding a Senior DevOps Engineer in Madrid to lead the evolution of our development and deployment processes in an advanced, secure, and highly scalable technological environment. 💡 What will you do?

• Lead the evolution of software development, integration, and deployment processes, with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust, highly available, and scalable infrastructures for development, testing, and production environments.

• Configure and manage container and orchestration platforms based on Docker and Kubernetes.

• Design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or other similar solutions.

• Collaborate closely with security teams to ensure compliance with standards, best practices, and risk mitigation.

• Participate in the deployment and configuration of applications and services, ensuring performance, stability, and observability.

• Document architectures, processes, and technical solutions, facilitating clear communication across teams.

• Stay up to date with key technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, GitLab, and Harbor, bringing technical insight and a commitment to continuous improvement.

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.

✅ At least 5 years of experience with Helm for managing deployments on Kubernetes.

✅ Proven experience in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or other similar tools.

✅ Knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructures, high availability, and scalability.

✅ Knowledge of scripting and programming languages, as well as a working understanding of SQL and database modeling.

✅ Communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary technical environments.

✅ Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, and advanced English both spoken and written.

✅ Experience with identity management systems and API management (Keycloak, Apisix), as well as observability platforms (ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus) will be valued.
