As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team with a Product Owner Associate with experience in functional management of software products, cross-functional coordination, and Agile methodologies to join strategic technology transformation projects and the development of complex solutions.
· Support product management in the management, evolution, and prioritization of the backlog.
· Coordinate activities among technical teams, users, clients, and different areas involved in the project.
· Define, analyze, refine, and prioritize functional requirements, ensuring their traceability throughout the entire lifecycle.
· Monitor tasks, dependencies, milestones, risks, and action plans associated with the product.
· Prepare functional documentation, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
· Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology.
· Participate in the planning of iterations, refinements, reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
· Collaborate in the functional validation of developments and deliverables before their release to production.
