• University degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in defense, cyber defense, or complex systems environments.
• Experience in product management, roadmap definition, and initiative prioritization.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product-oriented frameworks + Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and Lean Canvas.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and align business, operations, and engineering needs + Experience in defense, command and control (C2) systems, systems integration, or cyber defense.

We are looking for a Product Manager with product management experience to join the development of advanced cyber defense solutions and complex defense systems, contributing to defining the vision, strategy, and evolution of products with high operational impact.

💡 What will you do? Plan, coordinate, and follow up on tasks for European projects, reporting status to the Program and Partners.

• Define the product vision, value proposition, and strategy, identifying business needs and opportunities.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from the discovery phase to its evolution and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities, dependencies, risks, and strategic objectives.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog based on value delivered, technical feasibility, and operational needs.
• Lead discovery and validation activities with clients and stakeholders, applying methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Canvas.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure an effective transition between product and engineering, guaranteeing the proper execution of initiatives.
