We want to hire an experienced Aeronautical Assembler with expertise in aeronautical structural assembly, integration of mechanical and electrical systems, and interpretation of technical documentation to join projects involving the manufacturing, integration, and assembly of aeronautical systems and structures for the Defense sector.
What you'll do
- Perform the assembly and adjustment of aircraft structural subassemblies following technical drawings and procedures.
- Execute drilling, countersinking, riveting, sealing, and joining operations for metal parts and composite materials.
- Verify tolerances, alignments, and adjustments using precision tools, gauges, and specific equipment.
- Assemble mechanical systems and participate in equipment integration activities.
- Manufacture and install wire harnesses, working with military connectors and wiring documentation.
- Interpret electrical schematics, Bills of Materials (BOM), and aeronautical documentation to ensure assembly quality.
