• Design interfaces and digital product experiences for complex projects related to cybersecurity and defense.
• Prototype solutions in Figma, iterating based on technical and user validation.
• Work closely with Front-End teams to ensure the technical feasibility of each design.
• Create, maintain, and evolve the product's Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Act as a bridge between design, business, and technology, translating business needs into product solutions.
• Validate the implemented solution against the original design alongside the development team, making any necessary adjustments.

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Technician to join complex projects related to cybersecurity and defense. We are not looking for a purely creative profile: we need someone with a solid background in digital product design who understands the technology world and can speak on equal terms with development professionals, acting as a bridge between design, business, and technology throughout the entire cycle: design → prototype → understand implementation → work with development → validate the solution.

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital products and interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience building or evolving Design Systems.
• Solid knowledge of the Front-End world, able to communicate on equal terms with development professionals.
• Experience supporting the full cycle: design → prototype → implement → validate.
• Technical profile, with the ability to act as a bridge between design, business, and technology.
• Interest or previous experience in cybersecurity and/or defense projects is a plus.
