Ingeteam, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Synchronous Condenser Project Manager for our FACTS -Flexible AC Transmission Systems business unit.

Your mission will be: To comprehensively coordinate the activities associated with the manufacture, assembly, and commissioning of synchronous condensers in Beasain, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, quality, and project costs.

What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate project activities from launch through to commissioning.

  • Identify critical tests, inspection points, equipment, and materials.

  • Collaborate with Purchasing in the selection and award of equipment, materials, and services.

  • Coordinate with Operations during manufacturing, monitoring PPIs and NCRs.

  • Work with Logistics from the start of the project for the award and monitoring of main purchase and sales transports.

  • Monitor manufacturing, supplies, milestones, risks, and possible deviations.

  • Support and direct the assembly and commissioning activities of the machine.

  • Coordinate and provide support to the AVR team during the assembly and commissioning phases.

  • Participate in meetings with the client alongside the Solution Project Manager.

  • Coordinate the resolution of incidents and facilitate communication between the different teams involved.
