At IskayPet, we are looking to hire a Senior Technician - Digital Law Corporate Lawyer to reinforce specialized legal advice in Digital Law and commercial contracting within the Corporate area of the Legal Department, in our Málaga offices, acting as a strategic business partner, accompanying innovation, data, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, and technology initiatives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary, and constantly evolving environment.

What you'll do

Drive the company's digital transformation from a legal perspective, providing practical, business-oriented advice aligned with the corporate strategy.

Advise on matters of personal data protection and privacy.
Participate in the review and design of new processing activities and business projects.
Prepare and review impact assessments, risk analyses, and compliance documentation.
Provide support in managing and resolving inquiries related to personal data.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on privacy matters.
Analyze and advise on Artificial Intelligence projects developed or used by the company.
Participate in the implementation of regulatory requirements applicable to AI systems.
Evaluate legal risks associated with the use of new technologies and digital tools.
Collaborate with the Data & AI teams in the implementation of innovative solutions for the business.
Advise on e-commerce initiatives, marketplaces, loyalty programs, and digital channels.
Review general terms and conditions, privacy policies, cookies, and digital documentation aimed at customers.
Provide support for promotional campaigns, digital marketing actions, and customer experience projects.
Draft, review, and negotiate technological contracts of various natures, including licensing agreements, software development, SaaS, cloud, maintenance, support, technological outsourcing, and digital services.
Draft, review, and negotiate service provision and commercial collaboration contracts involving the processing of personal data, the use of technologies, and/or solutions based on artificial intelligence.
Participate in the definition and improvement of contractual models, standard clauses, and internal procedures related to commercial, digital, and technological contracting.
Act as a business partner for corporate and operational areas.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical and operational solutions.
Participate in strategic projects with cross-functional impact throughout the organization.
Contribute to the generation of a culture of compliance and responsible innovation.
