The role
What you'll do
A technician is needed to join a company in the beverage sector in Barcelona to control the plant's hygiene processes. The functions of the position include:
- Control of CIP cleaning and disinfection processes and single-use processes.
- Optimization and continuous improvement of hygiene processes.
- Hygiene studies and improvement proposals.
- Periodic verification of the effectiveness of cleaning and disinfection processes.
- Verification, monitoring, and microbiological control of hygiene processes.
- Control and supervision of foam cleaning applications and belt lubrication.
- Daily control of product stocks in the plant.
- Control of CIP and single-use concentrations.
- Follow-up meetings with the plant.
- Preparation of technical reports and analysis of results.
- Participation in periodic follow-up meetings with plant teams.
Requirements
- Vocational Training in Analytical Laboratory, Industrial Chemistry, Processes, Food, or Industrial; a university degree in Chemical, Industrial, Agronomic, Agricultural, Food Science and Technology, or similar is highly valued.
- Experience in the food or industrial sector will be valued.
- Serious, organized, and autonomous person, with the capacity for work and learning, and with communication skills.
