Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in automation development with Blue Prism.
Experience in Conversational AI platforms or Chatbots.
Knowledge of integration through REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Ability to analyze business processes and transform them into technical solutions.
Technical level of English.

The role

At Izertis, we continue to grow and we want to hire a Conversational AI and Blue Prism Technical Consultant to participate in the design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions by combining RPA technologies and AI-based virtual assistants.

The selected person will work on digital transformation projects, integrating chatbots, generative AI, and automated processes through Blue Prism to optimize operations and improve user experience.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism.
Design and configure chatbots and virtual assistants based on AI technologies.
Integrate conversational AI platforms with corporate systems and automated processes.
Analyze functional and technical requirements together with clients and business teams.
Develop integrations through REST APIs and web services.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support for production deployment.
Monitor the performance, quality, and efficiency of the implemented solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and development best practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary architecture, development, and operations teams.

How you'll work

The work will be performed in a hybrid manner in Madrid. The modality will be 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
