HOW YOUR WORKDAY WILL BE AT JYSK

  • Alongside the Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for your JYSK store
  • You will be responsible for ensuring your store is 100% ready for sales and for customers, by communicating, guiding, and training the team on the sales floor following JYSK's leadership principles
  • You will make decisions about sales KPIs, determine what is needed to achieve targets, and motivate your team to do so
  • You will follow and implement the store concept and routines
  • You will recruit and onboard new colleagues and develop those who are already part of the team
  • You enjoy physical work and will lead by example, selling and performing daily store routines

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

  • At least 3 years of experience in leading, motivating, and developing sales teams
  • Vocational training at an intermediate level
  • Full flexibility to work rotating shifts
  • You are inspiring and communicative, creating a positive work environment
  • Commitment to take responsibility for the store and its results
  • You are solution-oriented, keep a cool head, and guide your team even in challenging situations
  • You always strive to improve your results and bounce back quickly after setbacks
