• 🎓 Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or Business Administration and Management.
• 💼 Proven experience in recruitment and personnel selection, preferably in a retail company or in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
• 💻 Good proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, email applications, internet).
• 📱 Experience in content creation and Employer Branding activities.
• 🤝 Ability to work in collaboration with managers and other departments to achieve common goals.
• 🌍 Languages: English B2. Intermediate/advanced Portuguese is valued.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 📋 Organizational capacity and attention to detail.
• 🚗 Driver's license and own vehicle to travel to our offices in Cheste.

As a JYSK Recruiter, your main objective will be to ensure effective recruitment processes, while working in collaboration with store managers and other departments of the company. 🤝

• 🎯 Ensure 100% alignment with the JYSK recruitment process throughout the entire selection and hiring process.
• 🤝 Support District Managers and Store Managers in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the best candidates are selected for each position.
• 👥 Participate directly in the selection of relevant candidates, ensuring that JYSK's requirements are met.
• 💻 Administer the recruitment system and train managers on its use.
• 📣 Create content for Employer Branding activities.
• 🌐 Cooperate with external job portals and recruitment agencies.
