What you'll do
Together with the Store Leader:
- Co-construct the store HDR and implement the actions gathered therein, supporting the store team in its execution.
- Ensure the application of sales policies in the stores, in coherence with the Kiabi Vision.
- Supervise the correct implementation of the visual identity, adapted to the store, following the guidelines set by the Visual Merchandising Agglomeration, in order to facilitate shopping for customers and ensure the store's sales objectives.
- Guarantee and optimize Kiabi's fashion image in the store, developing promotion and sales elements (window dressing, furniture, development and implementation of collections, and adaptation of commercial formulas and concepts in the sales context) to attract the local customer.
- Train, motivate, and communicate to the team the basics and updates of merchandising and visual identity in the store, gathering and preparing any necessary information.
- Analyze the impact of the VM actions implemented in the store, proposing transversal action plans, with the objective of improving KPIs and business profitability.
- Implement the product strategy in the store, through the Sales planner and K4Y, to develop local commerce.
- Drive the cross-channel WOW shopping experience, through training and developing the team's passion for fashion.
- Collect and provide feedback to the Visual Agglomeration regarding the needs expressed by the customer in-store concerning collections, and their impact on the business.
MANAGEMENT
- Perform the analysis, together with the Store Leader, of store results, with the objective of proposing proactive/reactive measures and/or actions, depending on the context, and thus guaranteeing the achievement of the X-channel budget.
- Train, apply, and enforce procedures relating to the safety of people and property and follow the established action plans.
- Guarantee the safety measures, rules, and procedures derived from the Risk Prevention Plan and those defined by the company, promoting health and well-being at work.
- Involve and mobilize teams regarding the set of processes for fighting against DI (unknown loss: internal, external, and administrative) and follow corrective action plans.
- Perform store openings and closings, equitably with the rest of the permanent team, within the framework defined by the company and respecting the procedures (schedules, presence, fund management, truck reception, safety of people and goods, etc.).
- Ensure, together with the Store Leader, the correct management of financial flows (till control, cash counting, permanent wardrobe, change management, fund transfers, etc.).
- Guarantee, together with the Store Leader, the correct management of merchandise flows from its arrival (unloading the truck) at the store until its exit from stock, whether via sale or via clearance.
- Provide store assistance support in case of emergency, when necessary, upon request from the central alarm receiving station.
HUMAN
- Train, motivate, and accompany the team throughout their entire employee journey (onboarding, development actions), ensuring a WOW experience, with the objective of guaranteeing their good performance and the development of their talent within the company.
- Participate in the welcoming and training of interns.
- Promote the dissemination and implementation of the KIABI Vision, culture, and values towards employees through the Happy Sales Culture.
- Coordinate and accompany the team in their day-to-day activities (communication and daily briefing, store organization, task prioritization, etc.).
- Communicate and promote Human Resources policies in order to improve the working environment, and ensure the Wellbeing and Health measures for the store teams.
- Ensure the correct administrative management of collaborators and strict compliance with legal standards (hiring, vacations, schedules, absences).
- Participate in and lead store meetings, contributing to the adequate communication and transmission of information to the team.
