The role
We are looking to hire a Visual Merchandising Operations Manager for the south of Spain (Seville, Malaga, Granada, and Levante), a position whose mission will be to guarantee the correct implementation of the Visual Merchandising strategy, collection strategy, brand concept, and commercial strategy in the stores within their area of responsibility.
You will be a key figure in connecting the company's strategy with the reality of the stores, ensuring a differentiating customer experience, a coherent and homogeneous brand image and, at the same time, the profitability and operational excellence of the stores.
You will work transversally with the Sales, Marketing, and Management Control teams, leading and developing the South Zone Mass Visual Merchandising team.
