The role
Description
We are looking for a Maintenance and Data Center Technician Level 2
responsible for the operation, advanced support, and maintenance of the Data Center (CPD).
This person will be the point of reference for systems administration, technician coordination, and the resolution of higher-complexity incidents within the Service Desk (CAU) and Data Center environment.
What you'll do
• Guarantee compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of the Service Desk and the Data Center.
• Manage hardware incidents and coordinate technical interventions in the Data Center.
