To be successful in this position, we would like you to have:

  • Technical training (Engineering, Architecture, or Higher Vocational Training in Building Projects)

  • Knowledge of MEP installations (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), BIM methodologies, and collaborative work environments.

  • A career path of 3 to 5 years of experience as a BIM modeler, with special value placed on participation in MEP installation projects and experience in site or construction environments.

  • Ability to work in a team, coordinate with different disciplines, and collaborate effectively with design, technical management, and contractor teams.

  • Intermediate technical English level (B1-B2).

  • Proficiency in Revit MEP and knowledge of tools such as Navisworks and AutoCAD for modeling, coordination, and review of BIM models.

From this position, you will participate in the development of Building projects, contributing to the creation of innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients and for society.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop BIM models of installations for projects in the Building areas, such as Residential, Offices, Hotels, Industrial, Data Centers, Electrical and Mechanical Installations, and Structures.

  • Prepare and update technical documentation and "as-built" models, ensuring their adequacy to the project progress.

  • Coordinate and review models from different disciplines, identifying and resolving interferences through BIM tools.

  • Collaborate with design, construction, and BIM coordination teams, promoting efficient execution aligned with project objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with established BIM standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes and methodologies.
