At LACOSTE we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for one of our boutiques in Madrid- Aeropuerto.

What will your tasks be? 

Support and assistance to the Store Manager in the following functions:

 • Understand customer needs and provide exceptional, personalized service in accordance with our values.

•  Constantly report to and support your Manager in all store needs and the achievement of objectives. 

•  Develop and implement action plans. 

• Replenish, manage, and monitor the products we have in store and in stock.

• Execute Visual Merchandising guides so that the space and products are always presented to the customer in an attractive and optimal way. 

 • Compliance with and monitoring of KPIs and store objectives. 

• Convey product knowledge, our history, and our spirit of movement that builds the future. 

• Support and respect your team and their differences.

• Participate in our continuous training to develop your potential, capacities, and skills, as well as those of your team.
