Sales Assistant ECI Alcalá 30h (indefinido) F/M

At Lacoste we are looking for a Sales Assistant for our corner at ECI Alcalá.

Working day of 30 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, including holidays, on a rotating schedule. 

Permanent contract with start date in July.

Executing Visual Merchandising guidelines so that the space and products are always presented to the customer in an attractive and optimal way. 

Applying Lacoste's steps in sales management and the selling

Compliance and monitoring of KPIs and store objectives. 

Report and support your manager constantly.

Contrato indefinido con incorporación en Julio.

Entender las necesidades del cliente y brindar un servicio excepcional y personalizado acorde a nuestros valores. 

Fidelizar a e inspirar al cliente con nuestra variedad de productos exclusivos. 

Reponer, gestionar y hacer seguimiento de los productos que tengamos en tienda y stock. 

Ejecutar las guías de Visual Merchandising para que el espacio y productos siempre se presenten al cliente de forma atractiva y óptima. 

Aplicar los pasos Lacoste en la gestión de las ventas y selling ceremony. 

Cumplimiento y seguimiento de KPIs y objetivos de tienda. 

Reportar y apoyar constantemente a tu manager.
