What you'll do
That is why we count on you as In-Store Visual Merchandising, and you will be responsible for the store's visual presentation, always promoting the Brand Image, commercial appeal, efficiency, and consistency in the customer's omnichannel experience. You will also be responsible for adapting national dossiers, campaigns, product rollouts, and other store needs, using the visual identity and Visual Merchandising standards of LM Spain in the assigned stores.
You will be the person leading all changes affecting the customer's omnichannel experience in the store, together with the store's CODIR, coordinating the different departments involved.
The final responsibility will be to monitor both quantitative and qualitative results of the proposed changes, using KPI measurement tools.
With all this, you are expected to seek areas for improvement and provide feedback with this information to the regional Visual Merchandising manager.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the corporate image
- Launch and review any new image guidelines in the store.
- Plan, adapt, and monitor commercial spaces together with sector leaders (SAS, showroom, end caps, thematic podiums, retail, product rollout) and non-commercial spaces (offices, points of sale, project areas...)
- Integrate services and partners into the customer journey, maintaining a transversal view of the store as a physical medium where not only products are offered, but also interactions and relationships within a company platform.
- Stay up to date and communicate the latest Concept guidelines in the store.
- Influence, co-create, and advise teams to generate commercial, inspiring, and efficient visual merchandising solutions that comply with the LM Concept.
- Manage, analyze, and report qualitative and quantitative KPIs to the store management team to control in-store actions.
- Prepare visual merchandising audits in collaboration with the Concept Direction.
- Monitor visual merchandising accounts, with a focus on efficiency and return on investment.
- Participate in annual budgets and store investments.
- Channel store creativity and influence the store management team to align with the company's strategy.
