What you'll do

What you will do...

Your main mission will be to actively collaborate in the management of Adeo Iberia's Regulatory Compliance System. Your key functions will include:

Risk management and compliance: Supporting the maintenance and updating of the risk mapping (Sapin II Anti-corruption, Money Laundering, Sustainability) and collaborating in the preparation of Ethics and Corporate Governance Committees.
Tools and research: Participating in the management of the Ethics Channel, conflict of interest tools, and the maintenance of official documentation.
Training and awareness: Organizing initiatives and training workshops on ethical culture and regulations for the different business areas.
Reporting and monitoring: Providing support for the periodic control and reporting of the key compliance indicators (KPI) set by the ADEO Group.
