AI / Machine Learning Engineer

• 5+ years developing Machine Learning models and Artificial Intelligence solutions (Mandatory)

• Double degree in Computer Engineering + Mathematics, with specialization in artificial intelligence (master's degree or demonstrable experience).
• Graduates in Data Science.
• Graduates in other engineering fields, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or similar careers, complemented by solid programming knowledge.

• Fluent English, at least B2 (Preferred)

As an AI/ML Engineer, your objective will be to participate in the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions oriented towards the generation of advanced models for decision-making and solving business problems. These may include some of the key activities in your day-to-day:

• Requirements analysis and participation in the design of AI components to improve existing functionalities in our solutions, or to create new ones.
• Development, training, and validation of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
• Exploratory data analysis and selection of relevant variables for the creation of Machine Learning models.
• Design and configuration of AI agent systems.
• Fine-tuning, specialization, and optimization of LLMs.
• Testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the performance, robustness, and accuracy of solutions.
• Incident diagnosis, results analysis, and optimization of existing models.
• Improvements and adoption of best practices related to Data Science, Machine Learning, and MLOps.

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Madrid, with the following requirements and experience:

Mandatory:

• Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI technologies: LLM, RAG, MCP, tools, multi-agent systems
• Development experience in some AI agent framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, or similar
• Consolidated knowledge of supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning techniques
• Experience developing models with Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
• Experience in software development techniques and strategies: git, implementation of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), branch-based development.
• Solid knowledge of applied statistics and model evaluation
• Experience working with SQL and data processing
• Experience in data analysis and visualization techniques
• Knowledge of Deep Learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

Desirable:

• Experience in tools for model packaging and serving: REST API, Docker
• Knowledge and certifications in AWS
• Knowledge of generative model specialization techniques: SFT, quantization, distillation
• Experience or familiarity with MLOps practices
