• Indefinite contract through Manpower for a project within a leading financial entity.
• Project with a duration of six months with the possibility of continuity.
• Location in Madrid.
• On-site 3 days per week during the first two months, then 100% Remote.
• Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00 h.

• Higher Education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational, administrative, or support functions.
• Professional level of Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.

Operations Analyst (M/F/X)

At Manpower, we are looking for an Operations Analyst to join a project within a major entity in the financial sector.

The selected person will participate in monitoring and control tasks of operations linked to fraud processes, guaranteeing the correct compliance with established procedures and supporting the operational management of the area. We are looking for an organized, analytical profile with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

• Perform operational controls linked to fraud processes.
