The role

We are looking for PMO Coordinators, with previous experience in projects within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector. The position will combine PMO coordination responsibilities throughout the project life cycle with the comprehensive management of contractual warranties, acting as the focal point between Project, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Contract Management, Legal, other departments, Suppliers, and Clients. The selected person will actively participate in the launch, execution, closure, and continuous improvement of EPC and FEED proposals and projects, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, contractual obligations related to warranties, and the correct implementation of PMO tools and processes.

  • Prepare and implement key project procedures, including Coordination Plan and Project Launching activities.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of procedures, ITGs, and corporate standards during all project phases.
  • Provide support in the initial phases for the implementation of permitting procedures and management with Consultants.
  • Coordinate internal project audits and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Manage and monitor corporate PMO tools, including digital applications and collaborative platforms.

  • Coordinate activities related to Corporate Requirement Management (CRM).

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations during warranty periods.
  • Provide support to project teams during the Mechanical Completion, Provisional Acceptance, Final Acceptance, and Project Close-Out phases.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
