Our showroom department is going through a phase of growth and strategic evolution. That is why we are looking to bring on a person with a technical-sales profile who wants to be part of a different project in the world of renovation and interior design.

We are not a traditional building materials store.

Our model is based on accompanying the customer throughout the entire process of transforming their space, from technical conceptualization to the complete supply of the materials needed to carry out the renovation.

We design kitchens and interior spaces, define layouts, select materials, lighting and installations, and help the customer turn an idea into a real project.

And to keep growing, we need someone who enjoys doing exactly that.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

You will be part of the showroom team, where customers come in who want to design or renovate their kitchen or different spaces in their home, and you will also make visits to specifiers to sell materials.

Your role will be to accompany them through that process:

Listen to their needs and understand their project.

Propose layout and design solutions.

Develop the project using design tools.

Prepare budgets and technical proposals.

Provide advice on materials, installations and lighting.

Accompany the customer throughout the entire process until the sale is closed and the work is carried out.

It is not just about selling a product.
It is about turning an idea into a real project.

The profile we are looking for

We are looking for a person who combines a sales mindset with technical knowledge, and who enjoys advising customers and taking part in real renovation projects.

Ideally someone with experience in:

Kitchen showrooms

Interior design

Materials for full renovations

It is important that you can understand a project from a technical point of view and also from the customer's experience.

We also need you to have:

Proficiency in the WINNER software for kitchen design

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems

Understanding of the usual processes in a renovation: layout, tiling, lighting and materials

We especially value people who enjoy explaining solutions, contributing ideas and helping visualize a space before it exists.

What we offer you

Permanent contract directly with the company

Fixed salary between €24,000 and €28,000 approx. + sales commissions

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM (approx.)
No progress report or professional references are carried out.

No somos una tienda tradicional de materiales.

Nuestro modelo se basa en acompañar al cliente durante todo el proceso de transformación de su espacio, desde la conceptualización técnica hasta el suministro completo de los materiales necesarios para ejecutar la reforma.

Diseñamos cocinas y espacios interiores, definimos distribuciones, seleccionamos materiales, iluminación e instalaciones, y ayudamos al cliente a convertir una idea en un proyecto real.

Y para seguir creciendo necesitamos a alguien que disfrute haciendo exactamente eso.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Formarás parte del equipo de exposición, donde llegan clientes que quieren diseñar o reformar su cocina o diferentes espacios de su hogar, y realizar visitas a prescriptores para venta de material.

Tu papel será acompañarlos en ese proceso:

Escuchar sus necesidades y entender su proyecto.

Proponer soluciones de distribución y diseño.

Desarrollar el proyecto mediante herramientas de diseño.

Elaborar presupuestos y propuestas técnicas.

Asesorar sobre materiales, instalaciones e iluminación.

Acompañar al cliente durante todo el proceso hasta el cierre de la venta y la ejecución del proyecto.

No se trata solo de vender un producto.
Se trata de transformar una idea en un proyecto real.

El perfil que buscamos

Buscamos una persona que combine mentalidad comercial y conocimiento técnico, y que disfrute asesorando a clientes y participando en proyectos reales de reforma.

Idealmente alguien con experiencia en:

Exposición de cocinas

Interiorismo

Materiales para reformas integrales

Es importante que puedas entender un proyecto desde el punto de vista técnico y también desde la experiencia del cliente.

También necesitamos que tengas:

Manejo del programa WINNER para diseño de cocinas

Conocimientos básicos de electricidad y fontanería

Comprensión de los procesos habituales de una reforma: distribución, paletería, iluminación y materiales

Valoramos especialmente a personas que disfrutan explicando soluciones, aportando ideas y ayudando a visualizar un espacio antes de que exista.

Capacidad para generar confianza con los clientes

Habilidad para convertir una necesidad en una propuesta concreta

Visión global del proyecto (no solo del producto)

Contrato indefinido directamente por la empresa

Salario fijo entre 24.000 a 28.000 Euros aprox + comisiones de venta

Horario de lunes a viernes de 8,30 a 13,00 y 15,30 a 19 h ( aprox)
No se realiza Progress Report ni referencias profesionales.
