Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
• Previous experience in high-level projects or those with great technical demands.
• Solid knowledge of planning, production, and cost control.
• Regular use of AutoCAD, MS Project, and management tools.
• Experience with SIGRID.
• Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Residence in Málaga or availability to relocate to the area.

• Experience in BIM and Revit environments is valued.

At Manpower Professional, we are looking for a Site Manager eager to continue growing with experience in residential construction to lead one of the most exclusive luxury developments currently being executed in the Costa del Sol, Estepona.

We are talking about a unique project of more than 12,000 m² built, with an execution budget of 75 million euros and a final product valued at more than 200 million euros.

If you enjoy managing complex construction sites, taking care of every construction detail, and working with the highest quality standards, we would like to meet you.

You will be a key figure within the project, being responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the construction execution, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality.

Your duties will include:

• Plan and coordinate execution works.
• Lead site teams and supervise and hire subcontractors.
• Management and contact with local suppliers.
• Control production, certifications, and yields.
• Manage materials, supplies, and logistical needs.
• Perform economic monitoring of the site together with the technical team.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate continuously with the technical office, architecture, engineering, and purchasing.
• Anticipate incidents and ensure impeccable execution from the very beginning.
