At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Production Manager to join our team in Estepona.

If you do not reside in Estepona (Málaga) but have the geographical availability to travel there, do not hesitate to apply.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive person, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team, who will collaborate closely with the site team to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and the continuous improvement of processes.

• Plan and organize activities related to construction projects, ensuring their correct execution.
• Supervise and coordinate the resolution of specific adjustments or interventions on-site to guarantee the final quality.
• Identify and manage incidents in the development of projects, proposing practical and sustainable solutions.
• Communicate progress, incidents, and improvement proposals to the Site Manager and other responsible parties.
• Promote continuous improvement in execution processes, ensuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar.
• Minimum experience of at least 2 years in similar positions within the construction sector.
• Knowledge of project management software and planning tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage incidents, and propose effective solutions.
