Production Manager (M/F/X)

• Study the project of the work to be developed.
• Generate the documentation for the work: measurements, details of special installations, milestones to be met, extensions, and generation of the necessary plans that undergo modifications and/or changes compared to the original project, all for the proper development of the work.
• Control the most significant materials such as panels, mechanisms, lighting fixtures, generator sets, solar panels, audiovisual equipment, etc. Verify that they arrive at the site and meet the objectives.
• Provide agile and optimal resolution of issues arising on site: unforeseen events, inconsistencies in plans, deviations in measurements, routing of installations, clarification of concepts with the group manager in charge of the work's development, and in general, any point that is unclear in measurements or plans or that is complex to execute.
• Attend periodic on-site meetings with the Technical Management to clarify concepts or details of the work. Propose alternatives to the Technical Management to optimize execution and thus increase the profitability of the work.
• Maintain technical control of the work and ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare monthly certifications in a timely and proper manner.
• Clarify and/or explain to the site manager those points subject to changes and/or modifications that are of interest.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate possible extensions that arise during the development of the work, supervise their non-execution until budget acceptance. Add the extension to future billing control.
• Prepare the documentation of the work for its legalization (project and work certificates), attend OCA inspections, and follow up to obtain inspection approvals.

• Industrial engineer specializing in electricity or demonstrable experience in electrical installation companies.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical installation companies; experience in projects with budgets up to 5 million will be highly valued.
• Proficiency in Presto and AutoCAD software. (Essential).
• Proficiency in the Office environment
• English: will be valued, but not essential.

• Proactive person, with fluent speech and friendly, cordial treatment to deal with the Technical Management or the Engineering firm responsible for the work, and able to explain the project changes that are most relevant.
• Be capable of maintaining a close working relationship with the client's site manager to seek agility in the execution of the work, as well as to secure the most favorable channels.

• Deal with subcontractors to find the best solution for the work's needs.

Jefe de producción (H/M/X)

• Estudiar el proyecto de la obra a desarrollar.
• Generar la documentación para la obra: mediciones, detalles de las instalaciones especiales, hitos a cumplir en plazo, ampliaciones y generación de los planos necesarios que sufran modificaciones y/o cambios respecto a los del proyecto original, todo ello para el correcto desarrollo de la obra.
• Controlar el material más significativo como cuadros, mecanismos, luminarias, grupos electrógenos, paneles solares, equipos audiovisuales, etc. Comprobar que llega a la obra y que cumple con los objetivos.
• Resolución ágil y optima de los problemas que surjan en obra: imprevistos, problemas de incongruencias en planos, desvíos en las mediciones, recorridos de las instalaciones, aclaración de conceptos con el jefe de grupo a cargo del desarrollo de la obra, en general cualquier punto que no esté claro ni en mediciones ni en planos o que sea de compleja ejecución.
• Asistir a las reuniones periódicas en obra con la Dirección Facultativa para aclarar conceptos o detalles de la obra. Proponer alternativas a la Direccion Facultativa para optimizar la ejecución y así rentabilizar más la obra.
• Llevar el control técnico de la misma y hacerla cumplir en plazo y presupuesto
• Preparar las certificaciones mensuales en tiempo y forma.
• Aclarar y/o explicar al encargado de obra aquellos puntos susceptibles de cambios y/o modificaciones que interesen.
• Preparar, presentar y negociar las posibles ampliaciones que se produzcan durante el desarrollo de la obra, supervisar su no ejecución hasta la aceptación del presupuesto. Añadir la ampliación al control de facturación futuro.
• Preparar la documentación de la obra para su legalización (proyectos y certificados de obra), asistir a las inspecciones de la OCA y hacer seguimiento para obtener las aprobaciones a las inspecciones

• Ingeniero técnico industrial especialidad en electricidad o experiencia demostrable en empresas instaladoras eléctricas.
• Mínimo de 7 años de experiencia en empresas instaladoras eléctricas; se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en obras de hasta 5 millones de presupuesto.
• Manejo de los programas Presto y AutoCAD. (Imprescindible).
• Manejo del entorno Office
• Inglés: se valorará, pero no es imprescindible.

• Persona proactiva, con fluidez de habla y trato afable y cordial para tratar con la Dirección Facultativa o la Ingeniería responsable de la obra y saber explicar los cambios del proyecto que más interesen.
• Ser capaz de llevar una relación cómplice con el jefe de obra del cliente para buscar la agilidad en la realización de la obra, así como conseguir las vías que más interesen

a la empresa para rentabilizar la obra.

• Trato con las subcontratas para buscar la mejor solución a las necesidades de obra.
