Naval Machinery Assembler

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (valuable in the naval sector).
• Availability for occasional travel.
• Intermediate level of English (especially technical).
• Training in OSH (forklift, overhead crane, and specific shipyard training).
• Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in maintenance, electromechanics, or naval machinery.

Are you passionate about the naval sector and do you want to be part of high-level technical projects? We are looking to hire a Naval Machinery Fitter to join a dynamic and growing team, participating in the assembly and adjustment of key equipment on vessels, for a leading company in Vigo.

You will be responsible for the assembly, adjustment, and integration of deck equipment, ensuring the correct functioning of mechanical and hydraulic systems on vessels.

• Assembly and installation of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies following technical drawings.
• Performing precision mechanical adjustments.
• Interpretation of assembly drawings, exploded views, and technical documentation.
• Integration of hydraulic and mechanical components into naval machinery.
• Detection, correction, and reporting of incidents during the assembly process.
