The role

Currently, due to our constant growth, we need to fill a vacancy for a Paper Cutter Operator for our Hinojosa Vigo Logistics Center located in Mos.

What you'll do

Operate and control the cutter to transform the mother coil into finished formats
Make adjustments to cutting, diameters, tensions, and speeds of the cutter
Supervise the alignment and proper winding of the coils, avoiding wrinkles
Perform changes of blades, rollers, and other machine elements when necessary.
Identify, weigh, label, and correctly register finished coils and batteries for
Communicate and record production, quality, or maintenance incidents detected during operations
Perform basic quality controls on the coils (diameter, cut, surface finish, humidity, etc.).
Keep the work area clean and tidy, complying with safety and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with the production and logistics team to optimize workflow and reduce waste
Assist with coil loading and unloading maneuvers on the machine using auxiliary equipment

Profile and requirements for the position

Vocational Training degree
1 year of experience in the industrial sector.
Experience in Packaging, knowledge of the industrial and business environment.
Forklift license. (Accreditation will be requested)
Residency in the province where the vacancy is located.
Strong commitment to the company
