The role
From Manpower, we are looking for 2 Harness Assemblers to join an important aerospace project in Ugena (Toledo). You will work with aerospace connectors D38999, SUB-D, and coaxial, interpreting drawings and participating in the manufacturing of high-precision wiring systems.
What you'll do
🔹 Manufacturing and assembly of cable harnesses for the aerospace sector.
🔹 Crimping of terminals for military series connectors D38999.
🔹 Cable routing and figure-8 lacing.
🔹 Connector assembly and finishing, including backshell torque application.
🔹 Cable shield termination.
🔹 Stripping and fanning of single, twin, and triple wires, shielded and unshielded.
🔹 Splicing using splices or splice sleeves.
🔹 Connector manufacturing and assembly:
- Series D38999
- SUB-D
- SUB-D HD
- Coaxial connectors
🔹 Interpretation of drawings and technical documentation.
🔹 Coordinated work with the engineering department, with technical support to resolve issues and queries.
