Second-Class Lathe Operator

• Minimum Vocational Training (Grado Medio) in Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar.
• Previous experience as a turner in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of machining, cutting tools, and metrology.
• Proactive attitude, commitment, and desire to learn.
• Ability to work in a team.

• Valuable experience in CNC turning (not essential).

Functions:

• Operation of conventional lathes for the manufacture and adjustment of parts.
• Interpretation of blueprints and mechanical tolerances.
• Dimensional verification with instruments such as calipers, micrometers, or bore gauges.
• Machining of parts according to technical specifications.
• Adjustment and preparation of tools and fixtures.
• Basic maintenance of the lathe and the workstation.
• Quality control of the manufactured parts.
• Compliance with industrial safety regulations.

• Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night, with two weekends off per month.
• Immediate start.
