About the role

Vineyard verifier (M/F/X)

Would you like to experience a grape harvest from the inside? At Manpower we are selecting verifiers for a well-known company in the wine sector, a benchmark in quality control at wineries.

If you are an organized person and are available to travel, this is an ideal opportunity to be part of the wine production process from its origin.

What you'll do

Your responsibility will be to ensure accurate data collection at the grape intake scales, helping to maintain the traceability and quality of the process.

  • You will be alongside the winery staff, recording the weight, sugar level, and acidity of each grape delivery.

  • You will enter the collected data into Excel and organize it according to the protocol.

What we're looking for

  • You are comfortable with Excel
You will be able to record and organize data quickly and accurately.

  • You have a driver's license and are available to travel
Some wineries are in rural areas, so it is essential that you can move between locations.

  • You are organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
Your attention to detail will be essential to ensure the information collected is reliable.

What you'll get

  • Experience the grape harvest from the inside
You will be at the key point of the process: the grape intake at the winery. A unique experience to learn, contribute, and discover the wine world from within.

  • Professional and collaborative environment
You will work alongside industry professionals and receive prior training to carry out your role with full safety and autonomy.

  • Initial training before you start
We will prepare you with specific training so you become familiar with the tools, tasks, and protocols required.

How you'll work

🗓️ Expected start: late July or early August
📆 Approximate duration: 1 month

  • Flexibility within full-time hours
The working week is 40 hours, combining on-site work at the winery with data management time outside it.

  • You will travel to different wineries as needed, working morning or afternoon shifts (assigned, not chosen).

  • You have full availability of hours
You will work Monday to Saturday, on morning or afternoon shifts depending on the winery. There may be an occasional need to work on a Sunday.
