What you'll do

We are looking to bring on board a person with solid financial experience to strengthen the Investor Relations and Capital Markets area, with a focus on corporate financing, debt issuances, and communication with fixed income investors. The position combines analysis, execution of transactions, internal coordination, and the ability to engage with markets, banks, rating agencies, and other stakeholders. 

You will provide support for the execution and communication of financing and capital markets transactions, with a special focus on debt, ratings, and institutional fixed-income investors:

  • Capital markets and financing transactions: participate in the analysis and execution of debt issuances, EMTN programs, bank financing, syndicated loans, bilateral financing, and financial hedges, considering their impact on liquidity, maturities, financial cost, and capital structure. 
  • Documentation and internal processes: coordinate the preparation and review of prospectuses, contracts, investor presentations, materials for rating agencies, and internal approval proposals, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with deadlines. 
  • Relationship with debt investors: prepare financial materials, Q&A, key messages, and specific documentation for fixed-income and equity investors, ensuring clear, rigorous communication aligned with the Group's positioning. 
  • Market engagement: coordinate roadshows, meetings, and events with investors, placement banks, and other relevant market participants. 
  • Market analysis and monitoring: monitor comparable issuances, spread movements, competitor activity, investor sentiment, and best practices in financing and financial communication.
  • Cross-functional coordination: work on a recurring basis with Finance, Risk, Investments, Legal, ESG, Strategy, and Communications to ensure an integrated and consistent view with the market. 
  • Strategic projects: contribute to initiatives related to ratings, sustainability, corporate governance, proxy advisors, shareholder communication, and market positioning. 

What we're looking for

  • Education: bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar. Postgraduate education in finance, capital markets, or corporate finance will be valued, as will certifications such as CFA or equivalent. 
  • Experience: more than 10 years in corporate finance, capital markets, investor relations, investment banking, corporate banking, DCM, financial analysis, or related areas. 
  • Technical knowledge: experience in debt transactions, bank financing, capital structure, financial analysis, fixed-income markets, and relationships with banks, institutional investors, or rating agencies. 
  • Languages: advanced level of English (C1), both oral and written, essential for engaging with investors, banks, and other international market participants. 
  • Tools: advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Office 365. 
  • Skills: analytical, rigorous, and results-oriented profile, with strong communication skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate internal and external teams. 
  • Willingness to travel.
