At Paul Marlex we are collaborating with an important company dedicated to the design, definition, and execution of industrial automation projects, as well as their commissioning and validation of the installation, in the search for an AUTOMATION ENGINEER for their office located in Maresme.

What will your mission be in the company?

What you'll do

• Draft project documentation and functional specifications (EFs, EDs, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ).

• Develop software for Controllers (PLCs, DCSs), SCADA Systems, and Operator Screens (HMI).

• Perform testing of electrical systems (control and power cabinets) and automation systems (PLCs, DCS, SCADA Systems).

• Carry out commissioning at the client's facilities.

• Draft operation, maintenance, and administration manuals.

• Train clients on the implemented systems.

What we're looking for

What do we need from you?

• You have at least 3 years of experience performing similar tasks managing projects.

• You hold a degree in Technical Engineering (specializing in Electricity and Electronics), a Higher Degree in Industrial Automation (CFGS), and/or similar qualifications.

• You have experience working in Software Development and PLC Programming, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider.

• You are a person with a proactive attitude, initiative, organizational skills, methodical autonomy, attention to detail, analytical thinking, meticulousness, communication skills, and a people- and results-oriented mindset, a willingness to learn, as well as being responsible and committed to the company's goals.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SCADAs, Wonderware System Platform, Intouch, WinCC, iFix is a plus.
