As part of their international growth strategy, they are looking for an XR Business Developer to lead commercial expansion and business growth in France.

• Currently based in France.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales Management or similar commercial roles.
• Proven experience within the XR ecosystem, including VR, AR, MR or related immersive technologies.
• Strong track record in market development, client acquisition and business growth.
• Experience launching, scaling or contributing to the growth of technology companies will be highly valued.
• Excellent commercial, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales and strategic business development.
• Fluent or near-native English, written and spoken.
• French proficiency is highly valued.
