• Vocational Training (CFGM or CFGS) in Chemistry, Laboratory, Industrial Processes, or similar (valuable).
• Experience in production within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or nutraceutical sector; however, we will also value people with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Responsible, organized, and committed person.
• Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Own vehicle.

The position is designed to start as a Production Operator and evolve, through training and development, into a Hopper Specialist and subsequently into a Mixing and Weighing Operator, with the corresponding salary increase.

After completing training and acquiring experience, you will be able to promote to:

• Provide support to the mixing and weighing area.
• Link between warehouse and packaging.
• Feeding hoppers and moving raw materials.
• Support in format changes and packaging.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with quality procedures.
• Management of raw material supply.
• Feeding and control of hoppers.
• Supervision of the production process.
• Weighing of raw materials and preparation of manufacturing orders.
• Document management and control via ERP.
• Sampling, stock control, and equipment cleaning.
• Operating manual and electric pallet jacks.

• Morning: 5:30 h to 13:30 h.
• Afternoon: 13:30 h to 21:30 h.
• Night shift (Sunday to Thursday): 21:30 h to 5:30 h.
